What You’ll Own:
  • Roll out resident-first SOPs across properties—from greetings to move-ins to maintenance follow-ups
  • Train and hold accountable onsite teams to meet and uphold our standards
  • Track and drive resident experience metrics (NPS, CSAT, etc.)
  • Manage the tools, systems, and playbooks that power our brand
  • Improve and create SOPs that elevate the resident experience at every touchpoint

  • You’ve rolled out standards or systems across multiple teams
  • You’ve used tools like Yardi, Monday.com, or NPS/CSAT platforms
