Melaleuca is positioned to grow even more rapidly in upcoming years. To keep up with this growth we are looking for an outstanding Regional Manager to join our team in Idaho Falls.
As the Regional Manager for Melaleuca, you will participate in the oversight and direct supervision of the new member acquisition and member sales training functions for a region in North America. You will have the opportunity to provide leadership, strategic direction, and manage the attainment of customer acquisition, customer development, customer satisfaction, customer retention, and profit objectives across your assigned region. This role is based in Idaho Falls at our Global HQ. This role will have limited travel and will primarily utilize virtual video meetings and phone calls.
