We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to enhance our candidate experience from start to finish. As an early member of our talent acquisition team, you will coordinate virtual and onsite interviews and ensure a top-tier candidate experience. You will be the face of Alchemy for candidates, leaving them excited about the possibility of joining us. What You’ll Do Design an unforgettable candidate journey, from scheduling calls to organizing interviews. Build strong relationships with candidates and team members, ensuring professional and confidential communication. Collaborate with recruiters to improve processes and develop innovative talent acquisition programs. Manage the interview experience, track interactions, and serve as the main contact for candidates. Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. What You Bring To The Table At least 1 year of scheduling or coordination experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills—professional, approachable, and engaging. A team-oriented mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. Creative and process-oriented approach to work. Ability to connect effectively with diverse candidates and colleagues. We offer competitive compensation, including base salary and equity, along with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, and unlimited flexible time off. The salary range for this role is estimated between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
