In this role, you will support the execution of our recruitment efforts across a variety of business functions, including operations, finance, compliance, investor reporting, and technology. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to identify, engage, and hire top talent, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the process.

This is a hands-on, high-volume recruiting role focused on delivering results through sourcing, screening, and process management. While you may contribute to broader talent initiatives, the emphasis will be on day-to-day execution and delivery as well as stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions and levels, from intake to offer stage
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates using a variety of tools, techniques, and platforms
  • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience at every touchpoint
  • Track and maintain requisitions and candidate activity within our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Maintain recruitment reports and support hiring data analysis as needed
  • Build relationships with external recruiters and agencies to augment talent pipelines
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring needs and timelines
  • Provide administrative and onboarding support for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the firm
  • Assist in the coordination of interviews when needed in partnership with the HR and business teams and our recruitment coordinator

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in financial services, private equity, or related industries
  • Experience with technology recruiting (IT, software, cyber, etc.) preferred
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills with the ability to identify and engage high-caliber candidates
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and detail-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools (i.e Linkedin)
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Professional presence and discretion in handling confidential information

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $100,000.00 and $175,000.00. The base salary offered to the chosen candidate will be commensurate with a candidate’s relevant experience and other qualifications for the position, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is often a meaningful portion of the compensation package, and a robust benefits package.
