Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Partner to join their thriving Orlando office. As part of their nationally recognised Real Estate Practice Group, you'll collaborate with a forward-thinking team that leads the way in complex infrastructure and public-private partnership (P3) projects. The firm has been the trusted advisor to clients across industries, helping them navigate and close high-stakes real estate deals with confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and advising on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects.
  • Counseling clients on all aspects of infrastructure and P3 projects, including structuring joint ventures, long-term leases, and other revenue-sharing arrangements.
  • Representing both public and private sector clients in matters such as procurement, dispute resolution, contract negotiation, and project financing.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders including investors, developers, government entities, utility operators, and financial institutions across U.S. and international markets.
  • Providing legal insight and guidance on real estate strategies tied to startup expansions, utility and telecom developments, and growth-focused infrastructure projects.

Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar (or ability to waive in).
  • Extensive experience in sophisticated real estate law practice, ideally with exposure to P3 or infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing complex transactions and client relationships.
  • Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset and portable book of business.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client service skills.
