Temporary Quality Support Assistant

Location: Cranbury, NJ

Pay: $25/hour

Schedule: Full-time hours (Monday–Friday), Temporary Assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Inspect and confirm product labels meet quality standards
• Accurately enter data into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
• Communicate regularly using MS Teams and Outlook email
• Read, interpret, and follow written SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Occasionally move small boxes

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team
• Able to read and follow procedural documents (some SOP experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
• Prior experience in a scientific or pharmaceutical setting is helpful but not required
• Ability to perform light physical activity as needed

You’ll be working alongside two full-time inspectors in a quiet, focused environment. No machinery operation is involved. We’re looking for someone reliable and ready to jump in to support day-to-day quality tasks.
