Product Manager – Logistics & Transportation

Role Summary

Mindwave Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and offshore IT teams. This role will be responsible for ensuring client requirements are clearly communicated, project deliverables align with expectations, and timelines are met. The Product Manager will play a critical role in coordinating efforts across teams and driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing ongoing communication and updates
• Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for offshore IT teams
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment between client goals and development deliverables
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues to ensure project success
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate changes into project plans
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule and within scope

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within logistics, transportation, or supply chain domains
• Strong understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and logistics optimization solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client and team interactions effectively
• Experience collaborating with offshore development teams and managing distributed projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project tracking, reporting, and data analysis tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in software development or technology consulting
• Certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or other product management credentials
