What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 6-7+ years of experience in the paper or printing industry (Must-Have!)
• Strong technical expertise in paper resolution, troubleshooting, and sales
• Experience with wet printing, heat-set commercial printing, and sheet-fed printing
• Mechanical aptitude to diagnose paper or press machine issues
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365, Excel, SAP, and Salesforce
Your Role:
• Oversee paper performance for assigned customers and printers across North America (U.S., Canada, Mexico)
• Troubleshoot issues and manage the claims process to resolve customer concerns
• Educate end users on products and printing technologies
• Work cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and mills for seamless service delivery
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
• Identify sales opportunities and provide market insights
• Lead trial runs and ensure successful implementation
• Drive continuous improvement within TCS and claims teams
• Negotiate with mills, printers, and brokers to ensure customer satisfaction
