Minimum Qualifications Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List Immunization Certification from an accredited organization (e.g., APhA) Listed as the 'pharmacist in charge' on the state license Submission of required information to the state PMP administrator for registration (if applicable) Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree Additional Details Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full time Pay Range: $70.00 - $88.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location Our people are our future.
