SUMMARY
The Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) is responsible for ensuring compliance with SOPs, cGMP standards, and state and federal regulations. This leadership role oversees all pharmacy operations—including pre-production, cleanroom, and post-production—while managing staff, maintaining licensure, supporting production goals, and serving as the primary contact for regulatory audits and inspections.
