Job Title: Payroll Administrator (Contract to Hire)

Location: Hybrid, 3 days remote, 2 days in office

Pay Rate: $30-$40 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team on a contract to hire basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll and updating union rates in groundworks. This role requires a candidate with extensive experience in ADP and a proven track record of processing payroll for large companies and/or multiple companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
• Update and maintain union rates in system.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
• Extensive experience with ADP payroll systems.
• Experience processing payroll for large companies and/or multiple companies.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
