Part-Time Sales Support Admin needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s Entertainment client located in Camarillo, CA.

Pay Rate: $23 per hour (Max)

 
Position Summary
  • The Sales and Support Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting sales, logistics, and office management functions.
  • Responsible for managing demo and loaner equipment, coordinating inventory reconciliation, liaising with vendors and building management, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
Demo & Loaner Equipment Management:
  • Label and pack demo and loaner units for shipment.
  • Track demo inventory and ensure timely follow-ups and retrievals.
  • Notify the Customer Success team upon receiving a Demo Loan Agreement (DLA) from Solution Architects/Sales.
  • Communicate shipment details to stakeholders.
Inventory & Reporting:
  • Process internal equipment orders.
  • Maintain inventory on-hand in the Camarillo, CA office and report quarterly to finance.
  • Manage and track loan inventory with detailed reporting, including loan numbers, customer details, and cost per unit.
  • Reconcile loan and on-hand inventory details monthly.
  • Conduct physical inventory checks for both on-hand and loaned inventory quarterly.
Facility & Vendor Coordination:
  • Act as the main contact for building management and coordinate with them regarding any facility-related issues.
  • Request bids for repairs or new facility additions.
  • Maintain office equipment and handle RMA processes when necessary.
  • Contact alarm companies, Telecom providers, and utility companies to resolve issues and schedule service as needed.
  • Research and onboard new vendors for cost reduction.
  • Respond to vendor requests and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Maintain office records, lease documents, office keys, and access codes.
  • Check mail and forward checks to the finance team.
Customer & Sales Support:
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to track shipments and delivery timelines.
  • Assist in organizing customer events, trade shows, and sales meetings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding support and equipment-related questions.
 
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred .
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, office administration, or logistics coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and enterprise systems (GSAP SSP preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing facility-related tasks and vendor relations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general office technology.
Work Environment:
  • This role requires on-site presence in the Camarillo, CA office.
  • Occasional lifting of equipment and physical inventory checks may be required.
  • Some travel may be necessary for trade shows or external meetings.

Estimated Min Rate
: $20.00

Estimated Max Rate : $23.00
