Acara Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Mobile App Specialist to work with our client Headquartered in Boston, MA. This position is 100% remote!!

Pay: $25.00/hour

Location: Remote in USA

Job Type: Part-time (20 hours/week), 6 month contract

Role Overview: 

We're seeking a talented and motivated Mobile App Specialist to join the Toast team for a 6-month part-time contract role. As part of our Branded App team,  you'll play a critical role in helping restaurants build a strong digital presence using  the company's Branded Mobile App , our platform that enables restaurants to design and launch their own white labelled mobile app.

This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for design, customer service, and mobile apps.  You'll work closely with restaurant customers, bringing their vision to life, testing our tools, and  identifying areas for improvement to ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build fully functional, visually appealing mobile apps for restaurant customers using Toast's app editor platform. 

• Support setup and launch of new mobile apps for our customers in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. 

• Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into designs.

• Test the Toast Branded Mobile App product for bugs, usability issues, and potential areas of improvement, providing feedback to the product team.

• Troubleshoot customer issues related to the Branded Mobile App product and provide  timely resolutions.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Excellent project management skills and the ability to proactively work with customers to set and meet deadlines. 

• A strong eye for design and ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly websites.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively  interface with customers and internal teams.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .

• Familiarity with the restaurant industry is a plus.
