Our client in the Harrsiburg area is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Office Administrator to support daily operations and ensure smooth office workflow. This is a full-time, in-office position offering variety, interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, and opportunities to contribute to the success of the team. The company offers a salary of $45-50k, flexible schedule, competitive benefits and generous PTO.



Office Administrator Responsibilities:

• Provide front desk and administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
• Greet and assist clients and visitors in person, by phone, and via email
• Manage data entry, prepare and process paperwork, and create/maintain spreadsheets
• Coordinate and prioritize multiple administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain organized files and records for easy retrieval
• Support internal teams with scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative tasks
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to complete work efficiently and professionally

Office Administrator Requirements:

• 2-5 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Customer service mindset and professional demeanor
