What You'll Do:

1. Follow up with warm leads and schedule consultations
2. Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction
3. Conduct showings, write offers, and host open houses
4. Stay organized using our systems and tools
5. Collaborate with our experienced team and attend weekly training

You Might Be a Fit If You:

1. Have recently obtained (or are about to obtain) your AZ real estate license
2. Are eager to learn and open to coaching
3. Are personable, proactive, and ready to grow

$52,226.91 - $195,000+ per year
