Responsibilities: Red Bull Ambassador: Use your personality to showcase our brand at trendy restaurants, bars, clubs, festivals, and exclusive events. Build your reputation within the local scene based on your industry knowledge and trends. City Entrepreneur: Take full responsibility for sales and marketing in your market. Understand your market deeply, spot new opportunities, and develop strategies to promote Red Bull effectively. Business Consultant: Build and nurture long-term relationships with established clients and create new partnerships with influencers and industry experts. Conduct engaging appointments, leveraging sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutual growth and surpass marketing goals. Seek innovative ways to maintain Red Bull's leadership in the On Premise channel and negotiate partnership agreements. Qualifications and Skills: Established contacts within the industry or ability to develop them quickly. Experience in selling to a customer base, preferably in beverage, gastronomy, hospitality, or nightlife. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays autonomously. Understanding of sales processes, data analysis, and activation strategies. Minimum age of 21 years. Valid U.S. driver's license. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. This position is open to U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or individuals authorized to work in the U.S. on a valid visa. The salary range is $72,000 to $108,000 plus incentives, based on experience. Benefits include health plans, 401k match, PTO, holidays, insurance options, and tuition reimbursement.
