Sodexo is hiring a Multi eXPress Manager for the Mt. Sinai Hospital located in Chicago, IL . The Multi eXPress Operations Manager oversees patient transport (within hospital only), Central Telemetry, Central Video Sitter, and the Service Response Center (call center). Support team includes one Specialist, one Department Assistant, and 3-4 lead team members. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with management experience in the hospitality industry, possessing servant leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. What You'll Do Maintain and inspect transport equipment, along with related logistics, documentation, and reporting. Create a positive patient experience by setting the tone and culture of patient expectations, including concierge transport services, through compassionate bedside manner. Respond to and manage calls through the Service Response Center. Drive patient satisfaction scores. Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Collaborate with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director. Manage the Unit Operating System effectively. Support a diverse and inclusive workforce. What You Bring Experience improving patient satisfaction and ensuring compliance with HCAHPS, local, state, and Joint Commission standards. Knowledge of patient care services in healthcare settings. Experience with Service Response Centers or call centers. In-depth knowledge of quality control systems such as EPIC or TeleTracking. Experience managing projects within timelines. Proficiency with computers and technology. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and ensure program compliance. Hospitality or customer service experience.
