With a variety of departments like Apparel, Entertainment, Toys, and Sporting Goods, you have the chance to make someone's day brighter. In this role, you'll be active and engaged, moving throughout the store to keep aisles tidy, collaborating with supervisors and fellow associates, stocking shelves, and answering customer inquiries. Be prepared to step in at the checkout when needed. The more familiar you are with the store, the more effective you'll be in assisting customers. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $16.00 to $26.00, with additional compensation through annual or quarterly performance incentives. Depending on circumstances, you may also be eligible for premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. Duties and Responsibilities Walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders. Review customer orders, locate, and select merchandise on the sales floor. Ensure customer orders are filled accurately and promptly. Greet customers with a warm smile and a positive attitude.
