This is a part-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist located in Towson, MD, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing individual, family, and group therapy, developing and implementing treatment plans, and managing cases. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, delivering therapeutic interventions, and coordinating care with other professionals. The therapist will also document sessions and progress notes, and participate in team meetings to discuss treatment plans and patient progress.

• Experience in Treatment Planning and Case Management
• Skills in Social Work and Mental Health therapy
• Proficiency in Family Therapy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Current licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
