Pay: $18.00

Supplemental Pay: Incentive Opportunities

Connexion Point is seeking licensed healthcare agents who are driven, compassionate, and who are looking for a position that offers a work-life balance. This position assists both new and current members with the Medicare needs.

As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still making a meaningful impact on our client's lives.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated, sales-driven, and teachable
• Active Health or Health & Life Agent
• Knowledge and understanding of Medicare
• Ability to navigate multiple systems
• Agency sales experience preferred
• Telesales experience preferred
• Computer proficiency Microsoft programs, Windows systems, etc.
• Must be willing to complete a background check

Position Responsibilities:

• Meet performance expectations including sales goal, call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence
• Attend team meetings and training sessions
• Provide consultative services including sales and customer service to Medicare beneficiaries
• Maintain regular communication with supervisors and peers
• Provide customer service to current members with an emphasis on customer retention, this will primarily be done through outbound phone calls
