Part-Time Law Clerk Position – AV-Rated Insurance Defense Firm

Are you a law student looking to gain hands-on litigation experience at a respected insurance defense firm? Our AV-rated firm in Tampa is seeking a part-time Law Clerk to join our team. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys, sharpen your legal research and writing skills, and contribute to real casework in a dynamic and professional environment.

*This is an in-office position at our Tampa office

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft responses to Complaints, Discovery Requests, and legal motions .
• Conduct in-depth legal research on complex issues and present concise findings.
• Assist with motion practice and case strategy development.

Qualifications:

• Current law student enrolled in a Florida law school (2L or 3L preferred).
• Ability to commute to our Tampa office .
• Strong legal research and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and a proactive work ethic .
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Flexible schedule to accommodate academic commitments.
