Job Description

Our Chicago office is now actively seeking a new team member who can work together with us as an Korean / English or Japanese / English Recruiting Assistant (Part-time) . Fluency in English, as well as Korean or Japanese language is required. This is a Non-exempt, part-time position with PTO and Sick Leave benefits

• Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (Must be able to work at least 20-29/wk. for Part-time)
• No Remote Work for this position, (Due to confidentiality issue).

Korean / English or Japanese / English Recruiting Assistant Responsibilities:

• Work together with Sr. Recruiters to find qualified candidates
• Search resume databases and conduct initial phone/over the web screenings of candidates
• Utilize our database to compile candidates' information
• Organizing files and data
• May include clients visits to do work site survey
• Assist with office/clerical duties

Korean / English or Japanese / English Recruiting Assistant Requirements:

• Proficiency in Korean and English or Japanese and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Bachelor's Degree or Currently pursuing
• Previous office experience is a plus
• Must be able to conduct web search for candidates quickly and efficiently
• Must be comfortable and able to make multiple phone calls daily
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Understanding of Trans-Pacific Business Culture
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision, as well as, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally. (Paper files are heavy)
