Job Description
We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for aJunior Salesforce Developer. This position is 100% remote.
Bill Rate: $85.00
**U.S. Citizenship is required.**

Job Responsibilities:
+ Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization (APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web components etc.)
+ Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and Email Alerts
+ Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements
+ Adhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy-to-understand code/configuration.
+ Perform independent code reviews and write unit/integration test cases to achieve 85% test coverage
+ Ability to effectively debug and resolve issues and/or defects that may be reported as a result of faults in the production system
Basic Hiring Criteria:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
+ 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development
+ Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
+ Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
+ Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications:
+ Additional Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
+ Experience with Salesforce DX and version control systems like Git
+ Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
+ Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes
+ Experience with Salesforce AppExchange products and third-party integrations
+ Understanding of business processes and how Salesforce can be leveraged to improve them
