“Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $110,000 to $150,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.”

This position will be an integral part of Wipro’s Lab45 Innovation Hub team located in Mountain View, CA. The Lab45 Innovation Hub is a state-of-the-art center where our clients and partners experience the ‘Art of the Possible’ and draw inspiration based on a persona driven, User Centered Design methodology to visualize, prototype and embrace technological innovations.

Role Summary:

As an Innovation Evangelist at Wipro, you will drive strategic innovation with clients by organizing visits and workshops on key technology trends and areas of interest. You will collaborate with client account teams and technology and domain experts across Wipro to inspire and engage clients on transformative ideas and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate and conduct strategic innovation-focused client visits, showcasing Wipro’s commitment to innovation and technology leadership.
• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and opportunities and align Wipro’s innovation capabilities with their strategic goals.
• Build and maintain strong client stakeholder relationships, providing insights and intelligence to address business problems.
• Facilitate innovation workshops for clients, focusing on specific technology trends and areas of interest.
• Collaborate with technology and domain experts across Wipro to deliver comprehensive and impactful workshops that drive innovation and transformation for the clients.
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations that showcase Wipro’s capabilities and expertise in emerging technology areas.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that innovation initiatives are aligned with client needs and will ensure desired outcomes
• Provide thought leadership and insights on emerging technologies and industry best practices to guide clients through their innovation journeys.
• Identify and articulate the business value proposition of innovative solutions based on emerging technologies to clients.
• Leverage the collective knowledge and capabilities of Wipro to deliver innovative and tailored solutions to clients.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
• Contribute to the creation and dissemination of thought leadership materials such as white papers, case studies, and blog posts.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proven experience in innovation leadership, technology evangelism, or a similar role.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to conduct design thinking workshops and engage audiences on strategic technology topics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels within client organizations.
• A passion for technology and innovation with a deep understanding of current and emerging trends.
• Ability to think strategically and translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for executive audience.
• A strong team player who is comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to a startup-like working environment
• Be able to work with different teams within client organization and collaborate to deliver initiatives with stringent timelines.
• Possesses strong leadership, excellent communication skills with service-oriented attitude to build productive work relationship and goal-oriented client focus.
• Good to have solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, hardware, and web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Engineering).
• 8 years in similar role/activities in technology industry
• Detail-orientation with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in research and analysis, capable of interpreting complex data and extracting actionable insights.
• Experience in conducting client visits and facilitating workshops is highly desirable.
