Job Purpose: The HR Training Records Specialist is responsible for maintaining the training records for all Aspire employees, as well as conducting audits to ensure all employees are in compliance with training requirements.

Job Functions

  • Maintain training records for all Aspire employees.
  • Conduct regular audits of training records to ensure compliance, and communicate non-compliance issues to managers, including follow-up to ensure resolution.
  • Provide audits and reports to managers regarding training on an as-needed basis.
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of online training offerings.
  • Serve as liaison to Aspire employees regarding individual questions and concerns regarding training.
  • Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
  • Experienced maintaining digital records (Excel) for large company
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Bilingual (preferred)
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Pass a Level II Background clearance
  • Driving (preferred)
