The Role
Immediately seeking an energetic, talented, Human Resources Associate interested in learning, engaging in implementing HR best practices within the organization and supporting a culture of teamwork and collaboration within The Falcon Group. The position will be based out of Miami, FL and in addition to providing local HR support within the FL region, this position will also be responsible for supporting HR initiatives organization wide. Strong organizational skills, ability to work under minimal supervision and assisting in fostering positive employee relations is critical for this position. Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
Job Summary
The Human Resources Associate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives in a fast-paced work environment within The Falcon Group. The primary responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment, onboarding, HRIS, employee record management including licensures and certifications, benefits administration, participating in ongoing organization wide HR initiatives and promoting a positive work culture.
