This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospice Administrator at OpusCare in San Antonio, TX. The Hospice Administrator will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, coordinate home care services, and work closely with the clinical team to provide high-quality care to patients.

• Hospice Care and Home Care management skills
• Experience with Regulatory Compliance and Medicare guidelines
• Budgeting and financial management skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and lead a diverse group of individuals
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in hospice care
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
