Job Description

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Knowledgeable and technically skilled in the repair and maintenance of heating, ventilating, cooling, refrigeration and kitchen equipment.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:

• Must be able to lift, carry, push or pull a variety of tools, equipment and materials.
• Must be able to safely lift 85 pounds.
• Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel and crouch to gain access to pipes, wiring and equipment.
• Must be able to handle a variety of hand and power tools.
• Near-visual acuity needed to read equipment diagrams and inspect parts.
• Depth perception, field of vision and color vision needed in fitting and installing parts.
• Exposed to wet and very hot conditions.
• Exposed to noise and vibration from operating machinery.
• Must be able to lift any trade tools, material and equipment.

Compensation :

• $25 - 28hr (depending on years of experience)
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
• Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
