Healthcare Service Rep

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Healthcare Service Rep for our healthcare client located in Albuquerque. This position will be 100% onsite and a contract to hire opportunity. There are multiple shifts available - an on call/PRN and swing shift (3-11:00p).

This position will be the liaison between providers and other external contacts for different patient result, providing key communication and information for patient treatment. This will be a high-volume phone position making both inbound and outbound calls ensuring all providers have all information as requested. 

Requirements 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Minimum 2 years healthcare customer service/call center experience 
• Bilingual English/Spanish desired, not required 
• Must be proficient working within EMR Systems and Microsoft Office 

Skills 

• Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone 
• Strong ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines as needed 
• Can multitask and prioritize in order to get the most important tasks completed 
• Great accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and meet production expectations 

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
