Head of AI - LLMs & AI Agents

We’re partnered with an AI Startup (led by Stanford & Harvard Alumni) who are building smart, savvy, autonomous Sales Agents that don’t just support salespeople — they supercharge them. Think research ninjas, market-mapping wizards, prospecting beasts, and closing machines — all wrapped into sharp Agentic tools that play nice with humans and hit quota.

This isn't not just another AI SaaS tool bolted onto a sales stack. We’re building full-on co-pilots that actually do the work. That means LLMs, custom tooling, real-time intelligence, decision-making logic... and a touch of magic.

Now, they’re looking for a Head of AI to take the helm and lead their Agentic future.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Build & Ship: You’ve built Agentic products from 0 → 1 before, and you’ll do it again here - hands on, from prototypes to production.
• LLM Wizardry: Architect and fine-tune large language model systems that don’t just chat - they act .
• Agent Architect: Design intelligent workflows that can reason, plan, and execute sales-related tasks across multiple data sources and tools.
• Team Up: Lead and grow a small but mighty AI team.
• Work with Product: Partner with PMs and founders to turn fuzzy ideas into powerful tools people love to use.
• Ship Fast, Learn Faster: We’re iterative by nature. You’ll experiment, break things, and rebuild better.

🧩 Essential Experience

• Leadership : 3+ Years' experience in AI Leadership with a focus on LLMs, Agents & NLP
• Hands-On: This is not a “tell other people what to build” role. You’re still happiest in code, building prototypes, testing theories, and scaling solutions.
• LLM Pro: You know your way around OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models. You've worked on prompt engineering, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, and beyond.
• Agentic Mindset: You’ve built agentic systems that reason, plan, and do — not just chat. You get how agents fit into real-world workflows.
• 0→1 Builder: You’ve taken ideas from napkin sketches to real-world usage. You know how to prioritize speed without sacrificing smarts.
• Curious & Sharp: You’re plugged into the AI world, always exploring what’s next, but focused on building what works now.
