Job Description

Location: Concord Twp., Ohio (Conveniently located near Auburn Rd. & Route 44 / Interstate 90 intersection)

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00am- 3:30pm| or 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM | Some Overtime Available

Pay: Competitive pay based on experience + shift differential

What You'll Do

Work with High-Tech Materials: Manually grind synthetic diamond components to exact specs.
Use Your Eye for Detail: Inspect parts using optical comparators to ensure top-notch accuracy.
Be Part of a Quality-Driven Team: Maintain high standards for safety, precision, and performance.

Who We’re Looking For

Mechanical mindset – you understand how things work and enjoy figuring them out
Comfortable using tools and working on small, high-precision parts
Steady hands and good manual dexterity
Able to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks
Production shop experience is a plus — but not required
Willing to learn – we provide on-the-job training
