Job title: General Manager (Singapore)

We are seeking a proven senior leader to oversee the full operations of our Singapore office. This role will have end-to-end accountability for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team of 30.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Singapore office, with full P&L accountability.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales performance and market share in the HVAC sector.
• Provide strong leadership across sales, operations, and support functions.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality standards.
• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Identify market opportunities and develop initiatives to expand customer base and strengthen client relationships.
• Represent the company in key business negotiations, industry events, and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years leadership experience, with a strong track record in managing a full office operation.
• Proven sales leadership in the HVAC or related industrial sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver sustainable business results.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
