Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and handling mail. Requirements: Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in handling reservations software and phone systems. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
