What We’re Looking For

We work best with individuals who:

• Have a proven track record of success in client-facing roles like sales, financial services, real estate, mortgage, or similar industries.
• Are entrepreneurial and self-motivated , with a strong sense of discipline and a drive to build something of their own.
• Enjoy developing long-term relationships and genuinely care about helping others succeed.
• Are organized and detail-oriented , with strong time-management skills.
• Are comfortable with technology—able to navigate tools like Zoom, Outlook, Excel, and CRM platforms with ease.
• Bonus points if you already have a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or hold a Life, Accident, and Health license .
