Job Description

Our client is looking for Financial Advisors to manage existing client relationships and foster growth through comprehensive financial planning. Interested candidates should be Bay Area locals with a passion for personalized wealth management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client portfolios, overseeing assets ranging from $1-3M+.
• Provide tailored financial advice covering equity compensation, tax, real estate, estate planning, insurance, and more.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team—no need to bring a book of business.
• Engage in new strategies and global partnerships for clients with substantial assets.

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE CFP certification and 3-7 years of client-facing advisory experience.
• Deep knowledge of Bay Area firm benefits, equity compensation, and other relevant financial areas.
• Proven track record of longevity in previous roles (no short-term movements).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with high-net-worth clients.
• Ability to lead client meetings, develop comprehensive financial plans, and collaborate with internal teams.

Salary: $115,000 - $225,000, DOE
