Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure building systems operate efficiently through preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement projects . The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with machinery or system assembly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components.
• Assist with facility improvement projects from planning to completion.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively to optimize facility operations.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Mechanical experience , preferably in machine or system assembly.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry .
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Ability to read piping and wiring schematics is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
