Experienced Automotive Parts Counter Person

Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs is looking to hire an Experienced Automotive Parts Counter Person to join the service department at our dealership in Naples, FL!

The Automotive Parts Counter Person would be responsible for being the first point of contact for customers to discuss vehicle part purchasing and replacement, along with communicating with the service department about parts needed for vehicle servicing.

We are looking for candidates with previous Automotive Parts experience and excellent organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

• · Field general inquiries about parts inventory
• · Assist customers with questions about vehicle parts, including options and pricing based on make and model
• · Facilitate ordering of parts based on customer needs and service center requirements
• · Conduct inventory audits of parts for service department
• · Communicate with management about pricing options for restocking of inventory
• · Complete orders for parts and manage tracking of orders to ensure timely delivery
• · Effectively document receipts of part purchases
• · Transport parts between inventory stockroom and service department as needed

Job Requirements

• · 2-3 years of experience working in Automotive Parts is required
• · Reynolds & Reynolds experience highly preferred
• · Mercedes Benz experience preferred
• · Exceptional organizational skills
• · Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills
• · Strong ability to document information
• · Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
