Professional Nursing Certification is required within two years of employment. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of nursing experience, including management and a background in critical care, particularly in cardiothoracic surgery. Leadership skills in human resource management, program development, and fiscal management are essential. The role demands an individual who is adept at performance improvement, effective in high-stress situations, and can foster interdisciplinary team relationships.
