About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for College Study Abroad Marketing to lead and execute the annual marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning content with B2B and B2C strategies, managing a team of content specialists, and building a team to enhance engagement. This role involves setting and managing the marketing budget, implementing strategies to measure the impact of marketing efforts, and ensuring consistent brand standards across all marketing channels. The Executive Director will also be accountable for driving enrollment growth and must be prepared to represent the company with integrity and a spirit of its mission. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in leading B2B and B2C marketing teams, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record in building and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies. The role requires a candidate who is customer-centric, has excellent communication skills, and can demonstrate the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision. Experience in managing multiple communication channels, generating press, and gaining brand visibility in a competitive environment is essential. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in using data and customer insights to drive decisions, as well as experience in implementing new technologies to expand lead generation and improve conversion. Management and supervisory experience are required, and the candidate should be able to embrace the company's core values and culture.
