About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and inspiring Michelin Star Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations for an exciting new fine dining opening restaurant in San Francisco. This role focuses on leadership, team mentorship, and operational excellence, with creativity serving as a secondary but valued component. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced chef to join a progressive, industry-leading team.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Executive Chef will lead all aspects of the kitchen operations, including overseeing daily production, ensuring impeccable execution of dishes, and managing kitchen staff.
  • You will focus on mentoring and developing the team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
  • This role requires hands-on management, maintaining strong attention to detail to uphold the restaurant’s high end reputation.
