Job Description

Schulte Hospitality Group is a fast-growing, family-owned hospitality company dedicated to providing exceptional experiences and innovative service. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support our CEO and Chief Legal Officer in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant / Paralegal will play a critical role in supporting executive leadership by managing administrative, legal, and project-related responsibilities. This individual must be a self-starter with strong project management skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Chief Legal Officer, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  2. Assist with legal document preparation, contract management, and compliance tracking.
  3. Manage special projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
  4. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  5. Maintain organized records and ensure efficient document management.
  6. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including legal teams, clients, and vendors.
  7. Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
  8. Anticipate needs and take proactive steps to streamline executive operations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree preferred; paralegal certification is a plus.
  2. 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Paralegal, ideally in a corporate or legal setting.
  3. Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  7. High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving abilities.
