Job Description

Executive Assistant/Paralegal

LHH is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Paralegal for a corporate real estate company in the Baltimore Metro area. The key responsibilities for this role include managing lease-related administrative tasks, maintaining and updating lease templates with attorneys, and tracking broker commissions. Additionally, the candidate will manage CRM data, run reports, and support the leasing teams with lease document execution and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Legal field preferred; additional experience may be considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in lease administration or contract management.
  • Ability to interpret commercial leases; paralegal experience is a plus.
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Yardi/Commercial Edge preferred.

Compensation:

  • $75,000-$85,000
