Property Soar is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of a variety of events, ranging from client appreciation gatherings to corporate workshops. This role is integral to ensuring every event aligns with our company's high standards and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, vendor communication, and schedules.
  • Support event planning processes by creating timelines, managing budgets, and organizing resources.
  • Handle onsite event support to ensure smooth operations and a memorable experience for attendees.
  • Prepare and distribute materials for events, such as invitations, promotional items, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align event objectives with company goals.
  • Evaluate event outcomes, gather attendee feedback, and recommend improvements for future events.

  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required.
