What You’ll Do Assist in drafting HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical layouts using Revit and AutoCAD Perform basic calculations and equipment sizing with mentorship Prepare construction documents and specifications Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines Participate in site visits and document existing conditions Learn industry codes, standards, and best practices Support construction phase tasks like reviewing submittals and contractor questions What You Bring Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering (or related field) Internship or co-op experience in AEC preferred Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn Ability to work collaboratively and follow guidance EIT certification preferred but not required Our Culture: WINDWARD Values We’re not just engineers—we’re innovators, mentors, and collaborators.
