What You’ll Do

We are looking for a strategic Director of Talent Acquisition to drive the recruiting function across our dynamic Food & Beverage organization. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll shape our talent strategy while engaging in recruiting efforts. You'll lead a team of internal recruiters and coordinators, optimize external partnerships, and implement hiring solutions.

What Impact You'll Make

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing ongoing coaching and professional development
  • Manage relationships and performance of third-party staffing agencies
  • Design and optimize recruitment processes to support high-volume hiring needs across multiple locations
  • Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive talent pipelines

Operational Excellence

  • Directly oversee corporate recruiting efforts, maintaining a personal portfolio of executive and strategic searches
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment effectiveness
  • Optimize utilization of applicant tracking system to enhance recruiting efficiency and reporting capabilities
  • Develop and manage recruitment budget, including agency spend, job posting partnerships, background check costs, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all recruitment activities

Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment professionals
  • Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to enhance team capabilities
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Education, Training, And Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruiting operations
  • Demonstrated experience managing third-party staffing partnerships
  • Advanced expertise with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
  • Experience in Food & Beverage industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
