Cleveland Clinic is seeking a strategic, mission-driven Director of Talent Acquisition to lead a high-performing team of recruiters focused on attracting, engaging and hiring top healthcare talent. This leader plays a vital role in advancing our mission to care for life, research for health, and educate those who serve.
Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, this role is responsible for driving a data-informed, candidate-centered recruitment strategy aligned with Cleveland Clinic's workforce planning priorities. The Director will lead recruiters assigned to strategic service lines or markets, ensuring operational excellence, lean management, service-level agreement (SLA) adherence, and consistent execution of hiring goals.

Cleveland Clinic's Talent Acquisition team is nationally recognized among the top in the healthcare industry. In this role, you will shape candidate engagement and pipeline development strategies while collaborating closely with our TA Partners, HR Services, Compensation, Recruitment Marketing & Events, and the Caregiver Experience team.
Together with the TA leadership team, the Director will co-create and implement scalable recruiting solutions and TA caregiver development plans that enhance quality, efficiencies, and experience across clinical and non-clinical functions strengthening Cleveland Clinic's workforce and its commitment to excellence.
A caregiver in this role works Monday-Friday on-site at our Cleveland Clinic Administrative Campus, with minimal travel required.
