I've partnered with a local developer owner operator, a leading property management firm, which is actively seeking a Director of Property Management to oversee their multi-family portfolio in Los Angeles, CA.

Your new role

• Oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of residential properties.
• Supervise property management teams and ensure high standards of service.
• Develop and implement operational strategies for assigned properties.
• Prepare financial statements, operating, and leasing metrics.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely, reliable service.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in property management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
