RIGOL Technologies is a leading global manufacturer of affordable high quality general purpose test & measurement equipment. The product portfolio spans many product families including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and power supplies. Join our growing team as the North America Director of Marketing where you will be responsible for developing and executing RIGOL’s marketing strategy that will ultimately enable the growth of RIGOL’s footprint in North America.

The position is located in the Portland, OR area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the awareness building and demand generation engine of Rigol Technologies in North America
• Set the key marketing metrics that will support and drive growth of Rigol’s business in North America
• Develop and execute the outbound marketing plan that will meet/exceed those metrics utilizing the right mix of marketing activities (both digital and event/shows)
• Develop and manage lead scoring, routing and closure process for both direct and indirect channels within the CRM
• Work with sales team and product line to develop and execute high impact promotional discount programs

Requirements and Skills

• 3+ years of experience developing and executing high impact B2B marketing plans. Test & Measurement experience will be highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in developing marketing metrics that link to orders and sales growth
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tactics
• Experience developing the process and methodology to enable lead routing and closed loop process in a CRM system (SalesForce preferred)
• Player-coach mentality amd demonstrated strong teamwork skills are required
• Outcome-oriented and results oriented mindset，excellent verbal and written skills
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) – Technical or Business
