As a growing business in Henderson, NV, we’re seeking someone who’s ready to dive into the fast-paced world of book production and digital printing. 

Position Summary  

We’re looking for a Digital Press Operator / Workflow Specialist with proven experience operating Fiery RIP software . This person will be responsible for running our digital press systems, prepping files, proofing jobs, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring our book production stays on schedule and meets high quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Operate and manage Fiery-driven digital print systems ( Fiery experience is required ) 
• Proof and preflight files for print, ensuring accuracy and print-readiness 
• Monitor and manage print production 
• Order and track inventory of supplies 
• Collaborate with bindery/finishing teams to ensure smooth transitions 
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas 
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment 
• Communicate with team members to ensure jobs stay on track 

Required Qualifications  

• Hands-on experience using Fiery RIP software in a production environment 
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills 
• Familiarity with Windows-based systems  
• Ability to interpret work orders and follow specifications 
• Dependable, organized, and proactive 
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance) 
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) 
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred 

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)  

• Experience with color calibration and process color theory  
• Background in book printing , finishing , or bindery workflows  
• Familiarity with Xerox , Ricoh , Canon , or similar digital presses 
• Knowledge of PrismaSync is a plus
