About the Role We are seeking a Data & Software Engineer to join our growing product and engineering team. You will work on enterprise-level media measurement and optimization solutions, creating, optimizing, and maintaining scalable software and data systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in iterative development, familiarity with version control like GitHub, and a passion for problem-solving. Attention to detail and communication skills are essential to understand user objectives and translate them into technical solutions. You will be supported in learning and growth, participating actively in team activities, and building your professional foundation. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. Identify opportunities for automation to improve operational stability. Support translating business goals into technical requirements. Document software designs, evaluation plans, test results, and manuals. Create and maintain high-impact, scalable solutions. Provide technical support and share expertise with teammates. Follow best practices for code quality, documentation, deployment, and testing. Explore new technologies to enhance development. Troubleshoot tier 1 software issues with senior support. Participate in knowledge sharing and stay current with industry innovations. Adhere to SDLC and DevOps best practices, ensuring quality and security. Requirements 2+ years of relevant data & software engineering experience. Proficiency with ETL/ELT tools for large data sets (e.g., Airbyte). Proficiency in SQL, Python, and command line tools. Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS). Preferred Experience with data pipeline software (e.g., Dagster, Airflow). Experience with data warehouses and big data tools (e.g., BigQuery, Databricks). Experience designing data/table architectures. Experience writing automated tests (e.g., pytest). Experience integrating data models within software. Experience with marketing, analytics, and customer data. Pay Transparency Our salary range for this position, including bonus, is from $62,000 to $93,000, based on experience and impact.
